Music Tonight – Mike Kinal

Mike Kinal, is a man of many talents. He has been building fine guitars and basses for over 45 years in Vancouver. A trained cabinet maker and skilled craftsman, he has developed his own style and innovations, along with his unique aesthetic touches, to produce superb, handmade instruments in the tradition of old-world excellence. Kinal instruments are revered by musicians and builders worldwide.

Mike also teaches Woodwork and Guitar Building, at the high school level in Burnaby, and still finds time to share his renditions of Rock, Pop, Rhythm & Blues, at several venues in the community.
